This Privacy Policy describes how VYNKX (operated by DoFunBiz) collects, uses, and handles your information when you use our service.
Chart images: When you upload a chart for analysis, the image is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Chart images are not stored on our servers after analysis is complete.
Email address: If you join the waitlist or subscribe via Whop, we collect your email address to communicate with you about the service.
Usage data: We collect anonymous usage data including IP address (for rate limiting only), number of analyses run per day, and general app usage patterns. We do not store your bias selections or analysis results linked to your identity.
Gallery data: A anonymized summary of recent analyses (verdict, asset, pattern, summary — no personal data) is stored to power the public gallery on vynkx.com.

Chart images are not retained after analysis. Email addresses on the waitlist are retained until you request removal. IP-based rate limit counters reset daily and are not stored permanently.
You may request deletion of your email from our waitlist at any time by emailing hello@vynkx.com. For subscription data, manage your account through Whop directly.
VYNKX does not use tracking cookies. We do not use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking. Your chart uploads and analysis sessions are not linked to any persistent identity.
VYNKX is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to subscribers.
