Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using VYNKX. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Not Financial Advice

VYNKX provides AI-generated technical analysis for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. You should not make any financial decision based solely on the information provided by VYNKX.

All analyses, signals, verdicts, conviction scores, and trade setups generated by VYNKX are algorithmic outputs and do not represent the opinions of any licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment professional.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any analysis or signal does not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.

2. Use of the Service

By using VYNKX you agree to:

• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Not resell or redistribute analysis outputs without attribution
• Accept that analysis quality depends on the chart image quality you provide

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Pro subscriptions are processed through Whop. By subscribing you agree to Whop's terms of service in addition to these terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Whop dashboard.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@vynkx.com within 7 days of a charge if you believe a refund is warranted.

4. Intellectual Property

The VYNKX platform, branding, and underlying technology are owned by DoFunBiz. Analysis cards you generate may be shared freely with attribution to VYNKX.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

VYNKX is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any analysis. The AI may make errors. Always verify analysis independently before making trading decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VYNKX and DoFunBiz shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or consequential damages arising from use of this service. Your use of VYNKX is entirely at your own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
